Monday is always chest day.

For some reason, I have always done chest on Mondays. It just feels right to start the week by trying to lift the gym. It always seems appropriate to try to send a message to the week that this will be my week and by benching 400 I am sending a message. So join me on Mondays by sending the week a message also.

Super Saturday Workout Day

Saturday is for one thing mostly. It is not a day of rest. It is a day to make gains. It is the one day you have no excuse but to kill it. Sure the weak will want to sleep in and work on thier man bod. But the serious lifters will at the gym at 0600 trying to do one thing. Lift the Gym.

There are no off days!!!

Many people believe that you can take days off from working out. Ha! There are no off days. You can’t just spend a whole day doing nothing. You have to put down the phone or the remote to do something. Don’t let the “Dad Bod” ever happen in the first place by not being stuck in front of Netflix all day. Move!!

Staying Strong

I use to be a beast but time is taking it’s toll. It has been difficult trying to maintain the power that came so easy. Trying to get stronger is getting very tought.
